How do Sun Tickets work?

Sun Tickets and Passes must be booked online before each visit.

Availability is released gradually based on:
• weather forecasts
• anticipated attendance

Sunny days generally offer the most availability as they are often quieter at the museum. However, some cloudy days may also be eligible, while a particularly busy rainy day may not offer any Sun Tickets.

Can I show up without a reservation?

No. An online reservation is mandatory to use a Sun Ticket or a Sun Pass ticket.

Sun Tickets are offered in limited quantities. If a day is no longer available, simply choose another date when Sun Tickets are offered.

Are tickets valid all day?

Yes! Once your reservation is made, your ticket is valid for the entire day. You simply choose your arrival time from the available slots and then enjoy the museum for as long as you wish during our opening hours.

How long are Sun Tickets and Sun Passes valid?

Sun Tickets and Sun Pass tickets are valid for up to 60 days following the initial purchase.
